Mary Lee Rhodes (B.A., M.Sc., MBA, Ph.D.) is the Director of the Undergraduate Business programme and Assistant Professor of Public Management at Trinity College, Dublin. In her 17 years in Ireland she has published papers on housing systems, social housing, complex systems and public management. Before coming to Ireland, she was with JP Morgan bank for 13 years in various roles in operations, finance and technology.
She is the Deputy Director of Trinity Haus - a research centre engaged in innovative solutions for buildings, neighbourhoods and cities, and is also involved in research and management in the non-profit sector as a principal investigator in the Centre for Nonprofit Management.
She has been a member of the Board of Directors in several non-profit housing organisations in Ireland, including Cluid and Simon Communities, and is currently on the Board of the Housing Finance Agency and a member of the Interim Regulatory Committee for AHBs in Ireland.
Mary Lee completed her PhD in Public Management at Trinity College in 2008 and her MBA at Wharton, Univ. of Pennsylvania in 1990. She also has an MSc in Systems Analysis from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
